About Us > Overview

Fundacion Crimson is a not-for-profit organization established in Buenos Aires, Argentina in September of 2006 to play a leading role in fostering excellence in education, science, and technology at all levels. Fundación Crimson proposes to close the existing gap in education and scientific innovation between Argentina and the developed countries. In the mid-term, we envision a continental integration of knowledge where information networks surpass the current barriers that impede the exchange of technologies and human capital among regions. Fundación Crimson aims to support the next generations of leaders who are able to foresee the future needs of citizens and respond to those needs with innovative ideas. Therefore, Fundación Crimson strives to contribute to the resolution of society´s problems by utilizing innovation in science and technology, and, at the same time, to promote citizenship access to those advances.

Our programs are characterized by their high impact on academia, industry, and the future state´s policies in science, health and educational matters, and consequently have a substantial influence on the society as a whole. Our close relationship with world-renowned universities and their faculty enables us to create opportunities for collaborations between our partners and the world´s preeminent educators, innovators, and researchers. The leading viewpoints and expertise of our collaborators encourage the use of technology ground-breaking ideas in addressing society´s everyday challenges, with an emphasis on underserved communities.

We work with institutions that share our long-term commitment to foster excellence in education, science and technology. The development of a new curriculum in science and technology business, the incorporation of innovative programs to include children in science classes, and the building of capacities in research institutions are just few examples of what Fundación Crimson strive to achieve..
